29 year old Female. Session done at Liz's home in warm, quiet, comfortable surroundings. Liz is thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable and has amazing techniques. This was my first time having this treatment done and after Liz calmed my initial nerves (I suffer with anxiety) I found the entire process calming, comforting and healing.I felt lighter and so relaxed leaving there and was able to achieve the feeling of being relaxed for almost a whole week afterwards. It has already helped with my IBS which spookily seems to have disappeared like magic. My sinuses are also improved and I'm sleeping better by remembering the feelings I had during the session.
