I’d only go here as a last resort as their prices for pipe fittings etc are double that of most other places I’ve used.

If you need any parts for old plumbing jobs this really is the only place to go, friendly efficient and knowledgable staff I went to a few places including a national retailer ending in fix nobody could help, popped in here and was treated like a human being, I only needed a £4 part and experienced something that is sadly lacking in society today...personal face to face customer service of the highest standard. Well done to all of the employees I encountered absolutely outstanding!!!

We retiled our downstairs toilet and wanted to upgrade the cistern to a more modern one with an internal overflow and bottom feed to reduce unsightly pipework. Ordinarily quite simple, but we needed to retain the toilet bowl which has a unique waste which exits at right angles at the side and maximises floor space. Finding a compatible cistern was proving difficult. Many suppliers sold only combined toilet and cistern units and we were prepared to go down that route if it was the only solution to getting a cistern that would fit, though that didn't seem to help. We called into Crossling's armed with photographs and a template of the fitting dimensions. The sales assistant was very helpful. He disappeared and returned moments later with an Armitage Sandringham cistern which fitted the bill perfectly. The cost was extremely competitive. Excellent service.

Awesome service and parts. I had a leaking crack in a pipe join. Decided to fix it myself, but I was struggling. Then I got all the materials, tools and advice needed for under £30 at Crosslings. Much cheaper than an emergency plumber. Thanks lads!
