Day Night Pharmacy and Ear Wax Clinic

I came here with a blocked ear, called the pharmacy at 11.30 and got an appointment at 12. Very good service, Haroon did a really good job of getting my ear unblocked. Would highly recommend

Went to Day and Night Pharmacy after problems with compacted ear wax. Harry did the Microsuction procedure and was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Went for my ear wax removal very polite staff and Mr shaffiq who carried out the clean was very professional and polite although I was dreading it he made me feel at ease. Even got it done on a Sunday afternoon.Definitely recommend to anyone.Thank you guys

Excellent personal service experienced at this pharmacy. We needed a specific treatment that our own pharmacy couldn’t provide for us, so they kindly signposted us to a few pharmacies and we were successful in getting the required treatment from Day / Night Pharmacy, Osmaston.They have stood in the gap for us on a number of occasions now, when we’ve been in need of care or specific items.This service is so accommodating, carries items that other pharmacies don’t carry in their stock (like the little brown glass bottles with the pipette for warmed olive oil administration to ears).Harry the Pharmacist was great yesterday.A caring, friendly and kind person and we’d definitely recommended this pharmacy.The extended opening times are such a lifesaver too!THANK YOU DAY NIGHT OSMASTON!!!

Went into the store with my baby to pick up some antibiotics. My baby was being very fussy attempting to grab a product off the shelf. I passed her the product and after afew seconds I placed it back. As he handed me the antibiotics he then tried to accuse me of theft. I told him plain and simple to check the pushchair as I have nothing to hide. He checked the cameras and realised that I didn't steal anything but instead of apologising to me like a normal person would he then acted like I was attempting to do something bad. Infront of many customers aswell all of which took my side on the matter. He was terribly rude and didn't want to admit he was wrong and apologise. Never going back again.

I've always had a good experience here. At times it can be busy, but everyone is helpful and lovely. They're also open late, which is a must for people that can't get to a pharmacy by 5/6 pm, as most close a lot earlier. Thank you for being so kind.

Had my ears syringed here, but found it painful as my ear wax was quite compacted. Might've been better to have softened it, with olive oil or bicarb drops, over a few days before having the procedure done !

Went to get my ears micro suctioned as they were both blocked with hardened ear wax and they did a brilliant job. It made a world of difference once the ear wax was removed and can hear perfectly.
