Good size restaurant with variety of seating arrangements depending on group size. Customer service is very good as they always try to accommodate your request.

We went for my daughter's birthday. Waited over 40 minutes for our meal after ordering online. Our waiting man was polite. He didn't come once to see why our meal hadn't arrived. A lovely lady Ivana came and apologised. We had 2 very hungry 7 year olds and the manager offered us a free dessert but no real apology. Whole evening ruined and this was our second bad experience, sadly won't be returning.

the servers are really nice and friendly and they will take you to your seat. overall has a very cozy atmosphere, after you order wait time is about 5-10minutes.food is really good, cutlery and plates clean

Nando's Worcester Park
We stopped in for lunch on Monday and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was friendly and efficient. Chicken was perfectly prepared as always and the new Fully Loaded Fries was perfect for the three of us to share. Rounded the meal off perfectly with the Pastel de Natas. Highly Recommended.

I have been to this Worcester Park branch of Nando's many times in the past year, and it's pretty good for you'd expect for a mid-range eatery like Nando's- Very swift turnaround with orders(5-10 mins everytime), and the chicken is neither under-or-overcooked. The staff are generally well-mannered here, and the restaurant itself is pretty spacious compared to a few other branches. Cleanliness is pretty decent, though the main male/female toilets are often closed with only the disabled toilet operational, but it has posed very little problems for me personally. Overall, I'd definitely consider this Nando branch to be one of the best among numerous branches I've been to in the UK & Australia!

I am newly gluten free and I love Nando’s. My husband and I went there to enjoy our evening. I have never felt so accommodated by one individual serving us. She was I believe a supervisor and her name is Patricia. She is a kind understanding person and should she be the face of Nando’s. I guarantee you would always have returning customer. Please give her a raise!!

Recently went in here for a meal with some mates and the staff were incredibly accommodating towards us.One of the staff members (I think his name was Jacques) presented himself so professionally and really looked after us whilst we dined there.However I found the manager on shift to be so rude not just towards us but also to her staff aswell. I think she's called Magda, and if she ever treated me the way she treats her staff I wouldn't let it slide not one bit. She kept giving us dirty looks (not sure what her issue is) and shouting at her staff. I hope she's given a stern talking to in the future.

Food took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive in a quiet restaurant, ordered medium and received lemon and herb (with a medium flag) waitress also spilt sauce over my friend and pretended not to notice even though we all did. Won't be back lol
