Recently sold our property via Garnham H Bewley in East Grinstead. As usual the team was spot on with the valuation and sold the house on the first viewing for full asking price!The whole team are fantastic, we worked with Adam, Shaun & Sam and they kept us updated throughout the whole sale process keeping the chain below in shape and progressing. This is the second time I've sold via them and both times have been great. Highly recommended

I cannot recommend Garnham H Bewley in East Grinstead enough! We sold our house and purchased our new home through them and the team there were brilliant. Totally professional, proactive and a really great team who looked after us and made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish.

Terrible service as a buyer, they also lost money for their sellers which alone should be enough to make people steer clear. I phoned them to enquire about a property which was above our budget, but being chain-free and able to complete quickly I thought it was worth asking if our top budget would be acceptable to the sellers (the property had been on the market for 9 months). I was told they already had a higher offer (fair enough) and so I asked the agent to call me back if the sale fell through. I was never contacted, and noticed myself the property came back on the market at a lower price a few months later. We booked a viewing, with the agent failing to connect the dots that I had enquired about the property previously. We made an offer below the budget I had previously disclosed and were kept waiting with no update for 3 days! As much as I understand the sellers may have wanted time to consider the offer, the agent should have kept in touch with us. I eventually had to phone them after 3 days and ask what on earth was going on. Laughably poor practice, I would have been furious as a seller if I found out that my agent was negligent enough to lose me money through poor organisation/ arrogance thinking they had already sold the property. Selling is an expensive business, take your money elsewhere!

Excellent team, I've successfully sold and bought property with Garnham H Bewley.Totally trustworthy, friendly, great communication and advice.All of the staff are extremely experienced and capable.Inportantly I found them to be better than others with valuations.Good value too.I fully recommend them.5 stars from us!
