Knife Sharpening Service - Blade & Butler

My knives arrived back in no time which was impressive. I was expecting super knives but they are sharpened to slice through tomatoes with ease which they do. I was sent a video of of my knives doing so. So its a good service , very easy.

A really great service. I sent off 5 global knives for sharpening and they were back in no time - as sharp as when I first got them. The packing box was cleverly designed and the whole process smooth. I will definitely use them again,

I had 3 large chief knives that were worn to such a degree I was looking at replacing them with new. These knives were £150 each when new. So I thought for only £36 I'll try using this company.The service is fast but most importantly the knives came back as new. Unbelievable how good they are. I was looking for somewhere to repair and sharpen my beloved Global chefs knives after someone carelessly broke the tip off one of them.I am very particular about who touches my knives usually, so finding a company to take care of them was a huge deal for me. I did a lot of research and found that I liked the look of what Blade & Butler were offering.I didn’t want to risk sending them through Evri/Hermes, so I paid the extra for sending via DPD. I’m glad I did as I sent them off on the Monday and received them on the Friday of the same week.They were perfect and the blade with the broken tip is now repaired and fully usable. Thank you.

I am a chef lecturer and have needed to get two knives sharpened for a while as it’s just too much for me, I lack the skill! I sent them off with a knife I had forgotten about and took pictures before and after.They not only sharpened them, they polished them too and brought out the long faded original brand markings. The edge they put on is brilliant, and my old butchers knife is brand new.I really recommend it, such a fantastic job done and consistent too, not expensive for shipping to and fro and what they’ve done. Excellent service, all knives are properly packaged and returned to you as quick as possible and extremely sharp. I feel as if, with proper maintenance, I won’t have to sharpen my knives again for a while now as they cut through anything super delicately!
