I’ve wanted a Abarth 595 automatic for a while but just couldn’t seem to find the right one until i came across the Laurels. The owner des and the salesman Harley couldn’t have been more helpful when it came to purchasing. I saw the car advertised on their website and it looked stunning so i gave them a call and Booked a test drive with Harley for the following Morning. When i got there the car was all ready and waiting for me to take it for a test drive, once i’d drove the car and was happy with it the turn around for the car to be MOT’D, Serviced and valeted was quick. within 2 days of enquiring i was driving away in my beautiful new Abarth. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. THANK YOU !

Biggest scam con artist ever. Has sold my wife a car a death trap. Every light on the dashboard is on and when contacted they have refused to fix the vehicle. The car will not even accelerate past 14mph on a hill. Will be taking this to the ombudsman and FCA. In contact with my solicitor too. What a scam.

Recently bought fiat 500 automatic had a test drive everything was fine. Picked it up a few days later and a fault was showing on the dashboard took it back. Des tried his best for 3 weeks to sort out the problem in the end we had a full refund with no problems thanks to des for trying his best but he couldn't find the problem. He was brilliant throughout many thanks. Would recommend the service to anyone..

Had a car from here over a year ago. Had problems from the start. Dodgy Dez kept promising to repair my car but never happened. I contacted trading standards and followed everything they told me to do. Dodgy Dez continued to ignore me. In the end I took my car back and left it there. I continued to follow instructions from trading standards and the financial ombudsman but was still ignored. The car was just sat at the garage. In the end I sent my logbook back. These so called dealers are nothing but lying con artists. I lost a lot of money. Maybe not a lot to these con artists but it is a lot to me. I don't know who to turn to for help. I just feel they will just get away with it. Please avoid these at all costs. Absolute con artists.

Brought a Audi A4 Avant back in July. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we wanted to look inside the car and start it, the staff happily handed over the keys, most garages would not do this!We had a couple of issues with the car itself, so we called Des and he got the car booked in with his garage to get the things sorted no questions asked. Most garages would try fob you off but Des was quick to get things sorted for me to enjoy the car, which i have been ever since.Me and my wife plan to buy her next car from the Laurels motor company next yearThanks Des and Laurels Motor company!

The only reason this has given a 1 star is because it wouldn’t allow a review until I ticked a star. Just returned a car here after purchasing and been told the car had 12 months warranty on engine from Honda and 4 months warranty from garage. After a knocking noise from engine after driving for 2 days I contacted garage to be told the warranty doesn’t start until you have had car for 3 months After contacting Honda. I found out it was a lie. Not only was there no warranty from Honda but the car was sold with no 3 months warranty. I contacted a solicitor who stated that the car was to be returned and a full refund should be given. I returned car an told the refund would go straight into my account. After 2 hours an contacting my bank the car refund didn’t come through. This garage and owner is a liar and I would advise everyone never touch this garage. This garage is a joke and they sell you not only a car they sell you lies.

Should be called Laurel and Hardy motor company because the company is a joke.Brought a car from here the start of the year with a new MOT and service.Firstly, we did not received the log book for nearly 2 months, this was because it was forgotten to be posted! We had to chase constantly.When we took the car on the motorway, the vehicle would shake, rattle, knock and bang - when we spoke to Des about this, he advised us this would be checked under the warranty... turns out the vehicle needed a new steering rack! He had the car for nearly two weeks with no updates at all, unless we called for the updates. Eventually, when this was changed, we got the car back and it was continuing to make the same problems, we returned this to Des and the garage to be told it needs two new tyres on the back. THIS TOOK THEM NEARLY 3 DAYS TO FIT TWO NEW TYRES!!! Just to be told that they cannot get the tyres because they owe the tyre company money... My partner then had to sort the tyres out for them!! Surely, tyres would've been picked up on the MOT?No organisation what so ever and it is a shame as when we brought the car, they were lovely and helpful... After care is shocking.

If you’ve got time to waste this is the garage for you. Popped in Sunday to have a look and expressed that I was downsizing cars, seen a really nice Audi a1. Gave them my details and when left was promised a call 30 mins later, no call materialised that day so I called the morning after where they agreed they would swop cars as long as everything worked fine with mine( which it did) and I should take mine to them to get put on the diagnostic machine. So drove straight straight from work on the Monday to get there to be told the guy with the machine is not there and they will call me when he’s back, guess what no phone call. Long story short I was promised 4 phone calls which never happened. Tuesday found another car on auto trader at Bristol street motors. From the first call to signing papers for new car took 3 hours and I’m picking it up on Friday. Please don’t waste your time with this place, customer service is shocking, just no consideration for anyone’s else’s time and it’s shame because I’m all for supporting smalls companies. However after reading these reviews I’m glad now I didn’t swop my beautiful Range Rover with any of the cars there.

I bought a Mini Cooper hatch from Laurel Motor Company last September 2022. The car was advertised with 3 months warranty. So far, I had not received the warranty.After one month, the engine function light was on constantly. I then tried to contact Des numerous times but never return the calls. Also promised to replace the faded gear knob but never kept the promise. They did not send out the V5 document to DVLA therefore I had to send the V5 new keeper slip myself. Took the car to BMW specialist to look at the engine light on constantly issue. They told me that they carried the diagnostic on the car and found 11 system faults and engine needed to be rebuilt. Sold a scrap car to me therefore avoid this garage at all costs. Biggest scam con artist ever.
