I always use C & S footwear for all my daughter's shoe raises, their work is excellent, reliable and quick.

Everything about C and S Footwear fits the bill when it comes to quality and customer service. It is rare in the modern world to find flawless efficiency, but this is what I have experienced with this company.My initial enquiries were dealt with in a pleasant and professional way. Mr Spencer is clearly very knowledgeable as well as highly experienced. I had previously been restricted to buying Hotter shoes; but by sending links to Mr Spencer for my proposed purchases, he was able to confirm their suitability for adaptation - which was virtually immediate.The footwear was purchased, packaged and despatched to C&S on Friday and returned to me adapted as requested by the following Tuesday.Excellent all round.

Extremely efficient and friendly service, would highly recommend. I've only had an issue with a shoe raise once out of many, and they fixed my shoe quickly and free of charge.

Excellent workmanship, efficient service, good communication. Versatile - can cope with any sort of footwear (so far!), shoes, boots, wellies, sandals etc. In a different league to any previous company I have used for shoe raises. Thoroughly recommended.
