OMG Chatsworth Laundrette did a fantastic job with my laundry. Will definitely be using their services again. Driver and staff so very friendly, polite and helpful. 10 gold stars!

Unfortunately, the company did not iron 3 shirts and instead left big wrinkles. They said that they will process the refund but it has passed 2 weeks and been ignoring my calls. The customer service does not reply at all on the issues. Be careful.

Terrible service, the guy didn't let the service finish, much less returned my money and since he already wanted to leave, he turned off the lights without first letting me take my clothes out of the dryer

Great value dry cleaner, got a jacket dry cleaned for just under a tenner, very quick and efficient service. Will definitely use again.

I visited as a self-service customer. £8 for a medium wash and £1 for 5 mins drying is pretty steep, so if you're travelling over from the canal anyway you may be better off going somewhere with better rates. Despite the app and all that talk on the website its still just a laundrette and you can't pay with card. Nearest cashpoint is at the co-op and will charge you for the pleasure. The attendant was helpful with changing notes for the right coins and was friendly enough. I didn't rate the cleanliness of the place too well, needed a good sweep when I was in there. That and the price are main reasons for 3 stars not 4. I expected a bit more for a 4.9 rating, but i guess that's maybe the app side and not so much the self-service

Terrible service. They lost an item of my clothing and it has been months now with no response or solution offered. When I go in they tell me the manager is not there. When I call they don't call me back.

Terrible communication and lack of care. They took a very special item of clothing, ran all of the dye while cleaning it, sent it back, and then it just disappeared. No one will respond to me or give me any answers via email or phone call, saying a warehouse in Walthamstow has been shut but otherwise giving no answers. It has now been a year. Do not use this company.

Quick and easy service! I have never been to a launderette before but needed to wash my feather down duvet. Make sure to ask the young boy if you need help - he is amazing, kind and very knowledgeable and gave me advice.

Such an incredible experience! I was able to get my washing dry without any disruptions or issues occurring. Everyone seems very cheerful and friendly, so it is truly a place where I feel like I belong. So much positive things has led me to write a short but lovely review of this fine establishment.Also, I was told to leave a good review.

Wonderful place was extremal helpful, I had labyrinths and was dizzy and messed up bit they helpped me with everything and gave me valid and helpful suggestions.
