Poor workmanship. Poor quality flooring that needs replaced after a couple of months. Do not recommend.Laughing at the mistakes you made. You're making your 'Business' look very professional by not accepting criticism.

Top class service from start to finish. We were given a warm welcome and great customer service at the showroom in Bessbrook. After viewing a range of options we decided on a carpet which Liam had specifically helped us choose taking into account allergy needs for one of our children. Clear pricing structure and quote was provided before we left. As we were carpeting five rooms plus hallway and stairs Liam went to great lengths to make sure the fitting worked around the needs of a busy household and scheduled us in over a few days to allow us time to move furniture etc. Adrian fitted the carpet, turned up on time despite the snow, absolutely no fuss or bother and worked solidly to get the job done. He even hoovered the rooms before he left! The carpet looks fantastic, the price was great, the customer service was super. All round a brilliant job and we are really pleased with it. We appreciated that Liam called us when the fitting was complete to check we were happy with the job and then followed up one week later to check everything was okay. This is someone who obviously cares about his business and it shows. Thanks again!

Delighted with the job done, got new vinyl for the upstairs bathroom went to L Connells flooring and from start to finish the service was brilliant, this included meeting Liam to pick out one that would suit and the options and prices, Then about a week later getting the vinyl put down the service again brilliant and both friendly and also the quality of work was top notch and tidy! Overall it’s was great value and quick and friendly and they even followed up a few days later to see I was happy! A very professional service right through and made it easy! would defo use again in future and recommend

Excellent service from start to finish. Made an appointment to visit the showroom and picked our flooring there and then from the large selection available. The guys did a fantastic job fitting, all work was done to a very high standard and the house was left spotless. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
