Great delivery, nice driver. However, when I inspected the wood, around one third were unusable for my fencing project. Either they had holes in them, were damaged or cut badly. I emailed them the photos and received no reply.

delivery turned up today unannounced, and nearly only half what has been ordered. They never answer the phones or the emails, so whats the point of having either. Don't trust this company, they are busy during lock down, using online service only, cant deal with things that are incorrect, just taking your money and running

I ordered some sleepers and decking on 11th April and had a confirmation of order with an invoice number. I have tried to contact the company to check delivery but I can't get any reply as the phone just keeps ringing. I've sent an email but still no reply. I'm pleased to say my delivery turned up today (16th) out of the blue, thank you, although it would have been nice to have been given some assurance that my money wasn't lost. I have therefore ammended my review from 1 star to five.

I've used Oakdale a few times now and will continue to do as. Their prices a good even with delivery factored in.Also, their customer service is fantastic. On my last order I received the wrong size posts, but a quick phone call and they were apologetic and worked to resolve the issue. To my suprise, they delivered the correct items within an hour (lucky I live about 30 mins away). Their service is second to now.

Have bought from these chaps several times over the years and have always been very satisfied with the quality and the price. It benefits me to pay for delivery 60 miles away rather than buy locally! They also stock items that other suppliers don’t. Recently expecting delivery to take several weeks because of COVID the lorry arrived after just 4 days! Polite and helpful drivers as well. Yes I would recommend.

Very happy. Arrived mid morning on the due date. Best prices by far for gravel boards even with delivery from Coventry to Leicester. Dave, the driver, did his best to crane the lot as far as he could onto my property which saves me a bit of work. (What a bonus he turned out to be for me.) Great stuff.Yes, I fully recommend Oakdale Fencing.Thank you very much.
