You’ve done a great job since taking over the servicing of the boiler, it is so good to know that you provide such a excellent client care. Thanks for fitting me in at such short notice, going out to get the parts and returning to fit them. I now have hot water and heating! I have used Servecom for many years and always found them very professional, friendly and efficient.

We needed emergency repair work done to our oil burning boiler.We called Servecom and Simon was very courteous, clear about timing and pricing and considerate about our situation. The technician arrived on time the next morning, assessed the situation and remedied the problem in a timely manner. Joe, the engineer, was affable, professional and more than competent. I had absolute trust that if it could be fixed that it would be fixed and it was.I would not hesitate to recommend Servecom to a friend or family member.This is exactly the type of business that should be supported and I anticipate using them in the future for, hopefully, non-emergency repairs/installations.

We booked a gas boiler service and Simon attended to complete it. Simon was very knowledgeable and helpful, talking us through what we would do as part of the service and completed it very efficiently. Definitely recommend Servecom and will be using again in the future.

Simon has been servicing our former old boiler for a few years. Unfortunately it was time it needed to be replaced with a new combi boiler. Joe came to quote and fit the boiler and the job he's done is brilliant. Both Simon and Joe are very responsive with communication, transparent with what they need to do and both are really friendly. Their attention to detail is faultless. Thank you for the new boiler. I can even talk to it through Google home. Very clever!

An excellent service all around - Simon is very professional and managed to send an engineer out quickly when we were having issues with our oil boiler. The engineer (Joe) was very courteous and knowledgable too - I will definitely be using Servecom in the future for all our plumbing needs!
