Dataquest International Ltd - Data Recovery

Excellent service and fast after Western Digital froze all my data on a WD MyCloud with no warning. They were very helpful even though I did not have a clue what I was doing. Within five days over a long weekend, I was up and running again. I have the WD MyCloud back as well, but I will never trust them again. I have a doubler backup because I was frozen out of thirty years of data that was no longer accessible on my private network. It cost more than I paid for the service to retrieve the data, but to get it all back on a simple device was a huge relief. As with many businesses, I used the My Cloud as my sole and shared memory, and they just froze it. I was shocked they could legally do that, and I still think they should be sued.

Lost twenty years of photographs, that I have accumulated on photoshoots both in the UK and abroad, and was totally devastated. However I was given the address of Dataquest, and over a weekend they recovered all my images from my damaged hard drive. I will be eternally grateful for the service given by Dataquest, and and wholeheartedly reccomend them.

Amazing, dropped our SSD which had failed with important data on it at 12 noon. By 17.00 all data recovered and emailed across, booking system was back up and running. Great people to deal with!

Dataquest helped me when my USB drive failed causing me to lose all of the work for my master's dissertation 3 weeks before it was due. I paid for an emergency diagnosis and emergency data recovery, Dataquest were able to find the problem and get my data back to me in about 24 hours. I initially spoke to John over the phone who was extremely helpful and clear with his instructions, as soon as I spoke to him I could tell I was in good hands. They kept in regular communication with me via email during the whole process. All in all, whilst the emergency services did cost quite a bit, I think it was absolutely worth it given the speed at which they did this, their great customer service, and of course the high level of specialist skills required in this work!! I now regliously back up my data to avoid anything like this ever happening again. Thank you Dataquest!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Dataquest were able to recover all my data from a corrupt sd card. Over 18,000 photos and 1000 videos. Absolute life savers, thank you very much!
