Absolutely amazing experience! From the initial showroom visit to the final installation, everything was perfect, extremely knowledgable staff, simple and straight forward communications, site survey completed within days of the showroom visit and stove fitted within 2 weeks! Then on top of that, probably the best installation team / trades people I have ever experienced, clean, tidy & considerate from start to finish, you wouldn't even know they had been in the house (well apart from the amazing new fireplace & stove!!). Would highly recommend Brett & the entire team. Great work.

Finally decided to bite the bullet and look at and purchase a wood burning stove. The Guy that came to see our existing chimney aperture for feasibility and give us a a helping hand to decide what was our best option (and give us a quote) was excellent.We then visited the showroom and made our choices (also an excellent experience) !Then shortly after it was all go and the install took place. The son and father team that did the install were very conscientious and did a wonderful job leaving us happy / impressed by their work.They worked very tidily and made very little dust (everything was covered and protected). At the end of they install they showed us how everything works and gave us lots of advice. All in all a first class experience.

Cosy Stove Company offered a superb service from initial quote and survey from Brett, to the showroom staff where we chose the stove and hearth we wanted and finally to Jamie and Steve for the installation. In particular would like to thank Jamie for the installation which was completed to the highest standard and for leaving my front room so clean and tidy afterwards. He worked tirelessly with Steve to complete the project in 2 days. Your whole team Brett are a credit to your profession and value costumer satisfaction as a key priority. We love the stove and appreciate that the Clock stove and flue are made in Manchester and Dudley respectively

From calling at the showroom to discuss our options and view Woodburner’s, to Ashley and his Dads excellent installation this has been a reassuring simple and pleasant experience. We had a false chimney breast built in our new build and honestly couldn’t be happier with these guys. Brett came and talked us through what we wanted and what would look right (next to an enormous TV!) with options for different finishes. We received an itemised quote and then a date for our build. Ash came to build the chimney breast for us. Lovely guys, Ash worked really hard, lovely guy and excellent finish. So pleased. Thanks so much guys!

Well what can i say apart from fantastic service start to finish. Brett is very knowledgeable and advised on what would fit our opening best as we were limited on space, and price was very competitive. On the day of fitting the fitters turned up on time and sheeted up all the workspace as we were having an existing large hearth and surround knocked out. They were very polite and well mannered , clean , tidy and left my home the way they found it. They were very knowledgeable and didnt mind talking me through what they were doing and the whole process. The finish and workmanship were second to none If your looking to get a stove installed in your property then i would 100% reccommend this company.

We visited the showroom, where we were looked after superbly by Sophie, who arranged the fitters and roofers to come 4 days later! The fitters (Ashley and Dave) were amazing. They were so knowledgable, professional, and friendly. They completed the job in two days, even though the roofers had trouble fitting the flue through the tiled roof due to the chimney having been removed. Ashley and Dave caused minimal mess, and tidied up extremely well after the job. Would 100% recommend The Cosy Stove Company. They have done a fantastic job for us and we are extremely happy.
