Extremely slow service....Waited 1 hour 25 minutes for delivery when I rang they wasn't very bothered said it would be with me soon.Food was rather bland.Wouldn't order from here again

Takeaway ordered for home delivery 27/6 arrived after what seemed like hours. The food was luke warm, extremely dry, dull looking, odourless, beige and thoroughly miserable looking. Called to let the takeaway know that we were unhappy but they were very rude, didn't offer a replacement and said they would give a Small Discount" on the next order. Well there certainly will not be a next order

Ordered from these tonight got told it would be an hour, I then got a phone call an hour and 15 mins later from the driver saying he couldn’t find us, I have ordered from this place every week never had an issue! Rang them and they said the driver said I didn’t want the food even though he hadnt been to my property and wanted me to come and collect it. Poor really really bad service I’m super disappointed. No solution and no food delivered

Ordered for the first time today. Won’t be the last time. Food was ready when I arrived and nice and hot. Tasted lovely, the whole family commented on how nice it was. Definitely will be a return customer.

Very poor service. Phoned at 6 o'clock and was told the food would take 1.5 hrs. They're busy so cant complain if they are being honest about food time.However after 2 hrs we phone again and the food hasn't left the premises. No apology, just excuses.Shame as it's our local Chinese but shall not be using again

Honestly cannot stress how great the service they provide is the food is amazing bloke in the shop is a top man very helpful and always very easy 5 starts everyday
