Avoid this place. The lady owner is so stuck up its unbelievable. She looks down at you and is so false its unreal. She refused to serve the disabled guy who runs the biggest hobby page in the northwest for not showing his mask exemption. Meanwhile her husband walks around with no mask and no sticker or lanyard regularly. There is a huge post talking about this shop and its not good.. Hope the lose of business is making up for her rudeness. Avoid folks. Many better shops around who actually support the community you should use.

The staff have been amazingly helpful getting us set up with our first tank and advising us on fish care and maintenance. There's a heap of variety for fish, décor, tanks and food available. They have a loyality scheme too. Perfect small business shopping experience, would highly recommend.

Been here a few times with my partner.Fantastic shop, clean, helpful staff and a great selection of fish. Great variety and design quality of the animals.Loyalty card scheme too! Best aquarist in Liverpool.

Excellent shop wide variety of vibrant fish. Amazing cichlids. I have used this shop around 10 times and bought many fish and I have never lost any after introducing them into my tanks.Staff are fantastic. Especially the older gentleman who works there, he really knows his stuff.

Very welcoming very knowledgeable had plenty of time to try to explain things to us beginner's. Really helpful. Care about the fish they sell . So much so sent us off with no fish. Told us to come back and check my water again in another week just to be sure. Even though test was saying it was fine. Gives you confidence and the patience to get your tank set up correctly before you add some fish. Makes sense . Be back in a week or so to pick the fish.

Nice clean shop,friendly staff. Bought 4 fish noticed when I got home one fish had problem with an eye since died. Don't know what the problem was. Otherwise good aquarium.
