Console Portal

Really helpful, even when they couldn't fully fix my console due to it having a fault that others wouldn't even attempt to fix, the add-on cost to get a refurbished console from them (including a generous warranty) was still reasonable, cheaper and much less hassle than going via Microsoft. Given they even arrange collection and drop off, definitely recommending them to anybody I know who ever needs console repairs.

Recently sent my sons switch lite off to be repaired due to a broke joystick. They contacted the next morning to book in a delivery for the switch to be picked up by a courier which was the following day. Switch arrived with them on Friday and was repaired in a matter of hours. They called me to tell me what had been done and to arrange delivery back to me. Super super impressed by the quick turnaround and the fact they offer and collection and delivery service. Very fairly priced and the customer service when speaking to them has been fantastic. Would definitely use them again if i need another console repaired, without a doubt.

Incredible service - ordered the repair of my HDMI on my PS5 - sent me a pre-paid label within 30 minutes, sent it off and received it back with around 3 days. Works really well. Was kept up to date all the way through the process & staff incredibly polite and helpful. Hopefully won't need have anything else repaired, but if I do, will definitely use this company again.

I found Console Portal online and used them based on the reviews I read. Well here is another 5 star review. Fantastic service, great communication and very reasonable pricing. The Xbox was collected on Tuesday and is already on it's way back to me (Friday). for delivery tomorrow. Less than a week from collection to return is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I'm not going to lie, when I first saw this company on line, I was very dubious as they sounded too good to be true.After getting nowhere with Nintendo directly ( dreadful customer service) we felt like we would just have to bin the switch then my wife found console portal on line.What can I say, absolutely flawless service. The communication with Sam was been exceptional. Such an engaging, friendly guy who really does take immense pride in service delivery. He notified me of the process from the outset and all the way through to completion.Honestly, ANYONE who has an item that needs attention, Console Portal are staggering.Result - one happy son to get his switch back working again.

My son managed to damage the charge port (badly) on his Nintendo Switch and we sent it off hoping it might be possible to repair but not really expecting a good outcome. On receipt of the switch the team called to discuss what was needed and agree £ to spend on it. They managed to fix the issue and returned it within days. Excellent service.

£300 cheaper than quoted by XBox themselves, Console Portal fixed my son's XBox series X within a week. The whole process was extremely easy and a courier picked up his console and then delivered it back. I paid extra for the cleaning service and the console came back as new. The communication was excellent and I would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I sent my PS5 to Console Portal to replace a faulty HDMI port. Console Portal were amazing, the turn around time from collection, repair and to delivery was great. I sent my PS5 off in the original box and it was returned to me with obvious care taken, secure packaging inside the box to ensure stability in transit and finished in plastic wrap which protected the original box. I would 100% use this company for any future needs
