Another grockle here! Craig came to our rescue after my son bent the hanger on his bike on day one of our holiday- saw us at very short notice on a Sunday and got the bike back useable and tuned within minutes with great aftercare advice too! One very happy child! Excellent service- thank you Craig!

Fabulous service from Craig, great service, easy to deal with, responsive, helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. Saved me after a ride ended in a couple of broken spokes on the first day of my holiday. Would have rated six stars if I could have :-). Excellent.
