J26 car sales

For some reason all my post wasnt posted i did purchase the car in january and did get u out 3 days later and u did plug it in you could of cleared the code when doing that . The warrenty was useless as out of the numerous vat reg garages I tried none would carry out any work using the warrenty company so was useless then in September same power steering fault happened again this time miles from home. j26 didn't want to know offered no help at all basically said not his problem. so I was left with out a car but still paying for it I spoke to my finance company how got an independent company to look at the car who said the car was unfit to be on the road and a danger the car was then taken to Charles hurst where there was almost £2600 of issues and stated the car was not road worthy and agreed that the issues they had seen where present at time of sale and the j26 car sales would of been aware if rhe car was serviced as they had stated it had been.. thankfully the finance company has sorted it all for me and refunded my payments and they will be recovering the cost from j26/carmoney. I have the reports of the damage and the report from the finance company of all the findings. In resonson to ur reply I did contact autogaurd direct who said any vat reg garages would do the work but yet none that I rang would work with auto gaurd. The faults within the car were not deemed wear and tear as 2 separate independent mechanics said all faults would of been present at time of sale as for not happy with the out come I'm actually OK as the finance company have rejected the vehicle on the fact 2 independent engineers have said it was not road worthy and wasn't at point of sale. So I have been refunded my payments and the car has went to auction they will now be claiming the rest back off carmoney the company used. I have now went to a reputable car dealership and recived a amazing car with a 12 month warrenty with the company which covers absolutely any issue
