The Hub

I have recently found this gem of a place. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. Loads of different classes compared to your regular gym membership. I highly recommend Nouvolution, never before would I have imagined learning aerial hammock in my (late) 40’s!!

My daughter and I love this place! So much we drive over from Canterbury. Have tried various gyms and classes over the years and this is the first I’ve stuck with. It’s friendly, welcoming, nobody is judging you and I love the small classes. The instructors are fab, patient, motivating and inspiring! Would definitely recommend anyone who is starting out or a bit reluctant to give it a try.

If you're not sure about pole fit I must urge you to give it a try. Years ago I wouldn't have thought it was for me but I'm so glad I did, I take every opportunity I can to get my two lessons a week (where my muscles allow it!) Every instructor we've had at Nouvolution has been brilliant, we have a great laugh and leave with a smile every time as we're always in good company, it's only as serious as you want it to be. The selection of classes is great, with the chance to opt in for a second class on the membership we certainly feel like we get our monies worth, and there is nothing more satisfying than finally reaching a personal fitness goal that involves being able to do something that looks pretty damn awesome.

The Hub is such a welcoming studio who put a lot of time and effort into making their classes inclusive, fun and super exciting. The instructors are amazing and really look after all their members. If you are looking for a studio that teaches you something different, challenges you and supports you, the Hub is the place for you. Carly and Hannah are fantastic!!

My daughter and I have been going to The Hub for a long time to do aerial hoop, silks, and pole at varying times. I’ve booked a few private sessions for friends and family too which are always super fun. Lovely team and sweet little studio. Not too big and intimidating, just nice people helping you nail your moves without being too pushy. It's a great way to exercise and build up strength without it feeling like a workout!

Nouvolution is an amazing place. Great people, amazing instructors who take a real interest in each person and use this to support them through their journey of learning new skills. I started aerial hoop not knowing anyone. I have now made some great friends after being new to the area. I am scared of heights and have no co-ordination and this was totally respected and with a little encouragement I'm now far more confident with heights and I know my left and right without having to think about it!They add fun and interesting workshops. There's plenty of parking. I couldn't recommend them enough.I've had loads of friend try it out and love it. It's a real confidence booster!

I can't fault this place at all. The staff are brilliant and I always have such a fun time when I go. I haven't tried the hoop yet but definitely on my list of classes to try when I get the chance. Great price for the lessons considering how much you learn there as well and the teachers are so patient when I am trying to learn new moves. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I started my fitness journey at nouvolution in 2017! I always wanted to do pole but not having shifted any baby weight, I wasnt sure I'd be able to do it!!Well, 2 years on and it was the best decision I made!! I have lost weight, built strength and my confidence in myself has grown dramatically!! I have also gained so many great friends. The girls in my classes and my instructors are the most empowering bunch of people that I am privileged to now call my friends!!For anyone thinking about starting a new fitness routine, nouvolution has it all... Ariel arts of pole, hoop, hammock and now silks plus yoga, HIIT, Tone and stretch classes!! Something for everyone! Including kids!!I'll never go back to how I was!! I look forward to my classes each week!! I am the happiest and fittest I have ever been!!The instructors are all inspirational, motivational, friendly and fun and couldn't have got as far as I have without them!!Xxxx

This little studio has poles, hoops, hammocks, a cube, sandbags, weights, mats and a whole host more. The instructors are all friendly and encouraging, the classes are fun and membership fees are totally worth it, great value. Much better than any gym I've been to!! There's taster sessions, specialist classes, competition training, one to one teaching and so much more that the team offer. Bring your mates, book a pole party, do something different, make new friends, build strength and use muscles you didn't know you had. Nouvolution might just improve your health too...they did it for me :)
