I went into Chas H to purchase a dinner suit and accessories on Wednesday of this week. However all the staff were too busy having a good old fashioned chin wag around the desk to be bothered to speak to me. After browsing in the shop I left without any of the staff speaking to me. Vey rude indeed.

The customer service is outstanding, considering I believe the owner was the only one in the shop when I arrived and I only had 15 minutes, seemed like an absolute gent and was willing to give me as much advice as possible.

Went expecting personal service and quality advice. It seemed that showing me the changing room was about the most attention I was going to get!I had to hunt them out, finding them having a private chat at the counter. Seems I’m not the only reviewer to experience this. Thank you Moss Bros for excellent customer service, oh and for getting a sale!When I’m met with poor customer service my wallet stays firmly in my pocket and Chas Baker will not be on my shopping list in future
