All the staff were super friendly. It was my first cut with them and the whole experience felt very personalised. Jade took time to help me figure out which cut would work best for me and my hair feels amazing! Thank you Jade and Wicked Hair!!

I went in for a haircut yesterday the covid safety measures are fantastic here. I also loved the massage chair and head massage during washing. I had Beth and she was an absolutely wonderful stylist who really knew what she was talking about. I came out happy with the exact style I was going for! Thank you!

Came here to have my haircut fixed after another salon messed up. I had an excellent experience at Wicked Hair and was treated very kindly. Farrah made sure that I was happy with the plan and ensured through my haircut that I was happy with the cut. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this salon!

I have been using various hairdressers all around the world, every 6-8wks for the past 30yrs. I most definitely know a good salon when I come across one! I’m new to the area so I checked out the reviews first.I have to say this place offers an excellent, friendly, professional service from start to finish.Special mention to Sherine who did my colour and cut, I felt 10 yrs younger.Heartfelt thank you, I will be back .The only thing I would say is call them first as a couple of things need to be updated on their website.I will be back very soon, thank once again :-)

This is hands down the best hairdressing experience I've had. The staff really go the extra mile to make sure that you have the best, most comfortable experience. It felt luxurious and really client centred and the haircut was high quality. Will 100% be coming back here again

Took my daughter in for a trim and told the stylist Lucas to take an inch of the length and to frame the face with some layers. This was reiterated to him numerous times. I came back to collect her and found that he had taken six to seven inches of the length. It’s taken her years to grow it and she is in bits crying her eyes out because her hairs so short. I complained and was told by the manger that maybe I should have stayed there to supervise to make sure it was cut as requested. I am very disappointed with the service provided but most of all the response to my complaint. At least accept responsibility and offer an apology it will take years for my daughters hair to grow back not to mention how upset it has made her feel.

Brilliant! Farrah Really understood what I needed and gave my a brilliant low maintenance style. Went back a few weeks later to see Charlotte and she also did the same. The service is brilliant too! Always find it hard to find somewhere to comity but I will definitely be returning in the future!

First hairdressers I’ve been to in 4 years and the experience was wonderful, my hairdresser Diana was lovely to chat to and very thorough in her process, explaining all the details and tips regarding her technique and gave nice recommendations on products used, the environment felt very welcoming and friendly and the drinks were nice too! Will definitely be coming back here, and definitely recommend to others too.
