Very glad I took a chance on Fettle and took in my Cannondale road bike for a long overdue service. They got my bike in quickly and everything was seamless, from approving the quote options via a URL link to payment using Klarna. Special thanks to Adam for talking me though the options and doing thoroughly good job on the service and replacement parts. He really knows his stuff. Rides like I have a brand new bike and the new wheels look soo good!! Would highly recommend!!

Had my race bike sent in for a full service. Service is really good, great comms from the repair techs and the cost/quote system is transparent with pretty detailed descriptions of the works and why things need to be done. Overall, very happy with the service and especially the quality of the comms from the technicians.

A great service right from the start. Very clear communication of what was wrong with the bike. I was then sent electronic quotes with what work I would like to be carried out. On collection clear explanation of the work they had done. It rides like new and looks new to! Staff very friendly.

Excellent team here. All ideal.Normally I would visit a local independent, however I struggled to find anyone who would fix the weird gears in my dad's ebike, eventually finding here.They sorted out quite an uncared for bike and also made some additional changes to the gearing. I also had several little issues sorted with my other bike and will continue to visit.

Adam is amazing! I was hoping my bike wouldn’t need more than a service but it did and after I explained my situation, he sourced cheaper parts and was so kind and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated it and would highly recommend. Ali, who collected and dropped my bike off was lovely too. I’m loving cycling to work (I’m new to it!), thanks so much Adam!

Fastest bike shop in BristolI've now visited this new place twice for a punctured tire. It took the team under 10 minutes to fix my problem, with an incredibly good value for money. I've found my happy bike shop, and I'll be visiting again for a complete check-up of my eBike. Keep up guys !

Flawless! Right from the get-go the service was exceptional, as well it being well priced too! The delivery driver who picked up my bike from my home was clear & concise, and photographing my bike upon the pick up, and sending it to HQ I instantly got a text of acceptance. I was updated throughout, and notified of the price prior to any work being carried out. I was contacted following the repairs, and online I booked in for a return delivery to my home. THIS IS A COMPANY I WOULD USE AGAIN, AND WOULD BE MY FIRST PORT OF CALL TOO... ☎️

Unreal service and very good value. Collected bike from my home, diagnosed the fault at their workshop and offered me the fix and cost and recommended additional services to improve the bike. I easily selected the offerings I wanted, paid for them and the bike was fixed and delivered back to my house within days. An excellent service I will now use as my go to for everything bike!

Found these guys on line. I was having problems with punctures took my bike to fettle and they advised me about better tyres which they did for me and I've had no problems since. They were very quick and I got my bike back the next day. They have also help me with other biking issues which I'm very grateful for. Brilliant guys Brilliant service Brilliant shop. Would recommend them to anyone.
