Shop says opens at 9am but it’s 10:08 and still shut but overall vapes are good mango ones are lovely and everyone is friendly

I bought a laptop charger, tested it right in the shop. It seemed to work and I didn't take receipt. Later it turned out not to work properly and next day I went back to the shop. I was offered another charger but it didn't work as well and the shop refunded £25 that I spent. The seller was very nice and understanding
