The Graduate Recruitment are a really helpful team. When I applied for a role they called me the same day and really supported me through the application process. They also offered me 1-1 meetings throughout the interview process at all stages. Christine is a delight to talk to and always has your best interests in mind. I would highly recommend the Graduate Recruitment for anybody in search of a new job.

Unfortunately for me, my experience with The Graduate Recruitment was very unsatisfactory. At first the company seemed great taking the time to have an in depth review of my CV. However shortly after applying for many positions, I was hardly ever given an update on applications. They never recommended any jobs nor did they seem to update their list of vacancies. After phoning up asking why I had not been updated whatsoever, their only excuse was that they were busy signing up new graduates. What is the point of taking on new graduates if they can't seem to keep their existing graduates updated with opportunities and the status of applications.On top of that, the member of staff I dealt with urged me not to contact the company I applied for myself as the Graduate Recruitment Agency would not be able to ''give me a more detailed insight into the company or their interview process''. However not receiving any updates or any help I will be contacting the company myself independently.

Christine and Patrycja were a massive help in helping me get the Career of my dreams. They helped me with interview prep, made sure I had done sufficient research on the company and really helped to calm my nerves before interviews. I am so happy in my job and I know I would not have performed as well in my interviews if it wasn't for them!

I agree with a previous reviewer. The agency tries to get to know your and your CV but fails to deliver. I have called them multiple times asking to be put forward for the different roles they were advertising, and despite chasing up there was no communication back. The agency is very secretive as to what roles are available through them, meaning you have to play around to avoid going with their sales tactics for you. You are better off looking for a graduate role with other agencies that specialise in the sector you would like to work for. On the plus side, the agency staff are all very nice and respectful.Reply: This is not an account with my real name, so you will not have me in your details, I also do not wish to be contacted.
