I was looking for a suit with my son for his prom… I was assisted by a member of staff name Amaan he went above a beyond, he’s a proper credit to the store. What I thought would be stressful wasn’t. Amaan helped in every possible way, i was only in the store 15 mins from start to finish…. Amazing

The Festival park staff is unfriendly, the shop is pure garbage, dusty, dirty, the clothes are very expensive.

I very much appreciate the petite section. A lot of stores have put their petite clothing on line and it's most annoying. Please River Island don't stop selling petite in stores.

Very clean modern store, friendly staffPlenty of parking only 1 down side same as peak times like anywhere you go, getting on and off can be abit tedious but will get in festival park.When the nre by pass opens further down than the ski slope this should help a new in and out road

On entering the shop i was met with several. members of staff all gossiping and watching people come into the store. This made me feel quite uncomfortable. Not a massive fan of River Island as I find there clothes a bit over priced and not always of the best quality. That being said it was very well laid out in its sections .And is okay if your looking for something a bit different ,also they cater for the younger generation
