ESSO WESTSIDE

Went for some fuel, cashier managed to 'slip in' scratch card game worth £5. Good thing I always keep receipt so went straight back in for refund. Could have been genuine mistake, but if someone else had this it would be obvious scam. Evidence attached in the picture.

I visited the petrol station on 25 11 2023 at 19 20 served by afzaal on the till guy was super rude my lights were on go home headlights he don't understand that they switch off automatically I don't have to switch them off he was anoucing on speaker switch off headlights will forward the complain esso won't be visiting again I spend300£ every week on fuel

Looks like it is being modernised, could hardly get to the pumps with work vans everywhere.

Cashier was very disrespectful against me. Started speak sometime in his language. The thing is I haven't ask him anything. Seems hi just had bad day and I was in his way. Will not go there anymore.

Got a food to go bag here, now I know you get items near or just past sell by but I think food with a date of June 2022 is a bit too much ......

I really like this ESSO. The fuel is always good here. Sometimes a bit expensive but the drive always feels good after fuelling up from this pump. They have a Hermes drop off point which is amazing and I was not aware of this earlier, as I along with everyone else has had to queue up for my mail in the city. I will definitely be using them more often.Do not use the air pump, it is quite bad. I fed the machine thrice to fill all my four tires. I then went to another pump since the machine seemed faulty. It generally only takes one or two coins for a machine.They also stock my favourite Adblue and Screenwash, so it is always worth a trip.

Not very good service not awful but very much below average and I know it's only a petrol garage but the bad experiences stick hopefully my review will change after a few more visits.
