What a useless place, I have booked the car to get it fix, they charge me nearly £400 to get job done, 3 weeks later same problem came back, exactly same error code, so I have booked again, they keep the car for week now, no updates nothing, when I went over there to check what is going on, and they told me that they are waiting for advice from Mercedes which part they need to change to fix problem.Now firstly, I spend the money unnecessarily, because part which they have changed, was ok, secondly Main dealer and they don't know what they doing, now week wasted, and still don't know when I will get my car back....

I’ve used Mercedes-Benz of Slough since buying my car in 2017.Their car servicing skills are excellent, they have looked after my car and kept it in the best condition. Each time I get a service, they contact me with a video message to show the condition of the car, showing the condition of the running gear and tyres.The front of office staff are also very efficient and helpful.The service contract has been well worth paying for.Recommend.
