I have been going to this business for years - they are always helpful, friendly and do an excellent job fixing anything. I wouldn’t use any other tailoring service in Bath as this is the best! I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic!

Maria went above and beyond to help me with a last minute dress alteration. Went in desperation as recommended by a boutique shop nearby not expecting Maria to have time to help the same day but thought she could offer some advice. However, Maria worked on the dress straight away and was very kind. Couldn’t have asked for better service and a better job (all in a matter of a couple of hours!). Thank you very much!

I had squashed the zip of my brand new waterproof in the car door. I took it to Xo, after I couldn't fix it myself. The lady - Maria? - fixed it immediately and insisted I didn't pay. This business has also previously mended clothes for me. Excellent service and saved my jacket - thank you very much!

I bought a suit from Hobbs, one of my favorite shops, both the dress and the jacket were a little big on me. In the shop they advised me to go to Maria and I was very satisfied. She worked like a true professional since the dress is also very delicate. I highly recommend Maria she is an angel and very professional. thank you so much Maria I love you so much ( can't load the pictures to show what amazing job Maria did. Super star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came in for a seam breakage as I had a dress for holiday. Maria took my dress and got to work on it right away, which I was just amazing. She was so lovely and didn’t make me pay for it! She was so super friendly and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. My family have been using XO for years and we always will!

Went in briefly to see if anyone could sort out my rip that I had on my North Face. The lady stopped what she was doing and took nothing more than a few minutes to stitch it back up. Was just a small rip so she didn’t even charge me! Professional service. Would reccomend.

After coming back because i was dissatisfied with the sowing and finish, I received the rudest response. So unprofessional full of attitude and aggressively unpicking the stitching because I complained. Was offered a £15 voucher but clearly will not be returning after the customer service I received. Shouldn’t have a business if you can’t handle a dissatisfied customer and know how to deal appropriately with a kind professional manner ( I was even nice enough to say thank you for the time and effort but still was given attitude). The picture of the sowing speaks for itself…
