As I am an autistic adult, I phoned ahead to make a measuring appointment, and the mature lady who also served me politely asked my name and when I would be coming. She was very kind, patient and accomodating, explaining things as she measured me. If I had, had more time then I would have looked at some shoes, if only to reward the staff-member for her good customer service skills. Thank you for making my first visit a good one.

Staff in the Haverhill store are just GREAT. Super helpful. I have a son with additional needs and took my son for his first ever foot measure. Staff were very relaxed with him even if he was difficult. They didn't have my son's size in stock for the shoes he wanted so we had the shoes delivered in store and Staff offered to fit the shoes for him to make sure the fit well.Lovely friendly ladies.... thank you!

I have always worn Clarkes and don't mind paying for the right pair but can't find any style I like now and pair I half liked, really cheap looking soles were £130.Will keep looking

The store has good COVID procedures in place and it works well, staff are friendly and helpful, we always return to get new shoes for the children. Recommended

Lovely helpful staff although kids is upstairs which makes it really awkward can't take a buggy and no lift .

Didn't like fact that I ordered shoes to be delivered to store & because I didn't want to give my e mail address it took a further 10mins for salesperson to do it. Just as well not in a hurry.!! Otherwise staff were very helpful.

We came here on two occasions, for our son's first shoe fitting and again to collect them as they were out of stock in his size. The two ladies who served us were lovely, knowledgeable and patient! Much care was taken to ensure the shoes were exactly the right size. Our son is getting used to his first shoes and we will definitely return for the next pair!

A useful local store with very friendly and helpful staff. Lost a star because it is small with a limited range, but they will order in for you to try on.
