Woodside Drive-in Cinema

Great value for money, fun evening out. Been a couple of times. Having a takeaway delivered to the car added to the fun!

Both the restaurant and the cinema are well thought out with some of the best staff to be there, such an under rated place honestly, the restaurant which is newly opened has amazing service, while we waited for food the lovely boss of the place kept sending out small portions of food to keep us entertained. The food was delicious, the TV like movie screens playing actual movies was an elegant touch to the diner. The drive in movie section is truly unique, even down to their intro with familiar faces introducing the drive in, bingo and snacks are brought to your car before the movie starts, ordering snacks through text is great along with the menu given out, the snacks are great even having hotdogs. Overall this place is not as popular as it should. Would recommend 100%, cheap and entertaining.

It is a good experience tbh if you've never been to a drive in cinema. It isn't the easiest to get to if you don't know the area and it didn't help my satnav was a bit rubbish but we made it but Just a tad too early. We were under the impression that the American style restaurant would be open so we went a bit earlier so we could have some food and chill out before the film but sadly it was shut. We waited for a while and eventually it all got set up and the film started. One tip if you do go make sure you bring snacks or use the just eat location so you can have food delivered to your car. Just don't order the McDonald's because it always has stuff missing. But overall the film was Decent and it was a good experience.

Loved it. Just wish we knew the diner wasn’t open. Although we ordered food from just eat to the car which was pretty cool.

Went tonight to watch hocus pocus. Wow what an experiance. So good. Food was lovely. The staff were so nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back. Even the sanderson sisters were out dancing

I would highly recommend this place, the atmosphere was amazing, really well organised, staff were so kind and helpful. It was an all round really good night, better than could be expected. There are toilets on site, food and drinks, can't beat a bit of bingo, all whilst watching a good movie and the staff participating in the musical sequences.

I went for the first time and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly. But we rebooked to go the week after and they had to cancel due to technical issues which is absolutely fine. I was offered a refund or to book to go the week after so I asked for my refund on the 3rd June and it’s now the 8th July and still haven’t received it and no answer when I message or call…

Great night. Never been to one of these until now (35 yrs old). It was fab, staff all friendly and the foods great and cheap and a good choice of snacks! Brilliant in the dark for the Halloween setting for a horror film! And a little dance from the scary staff before hand to set the mood!I wondered how it would work before we went with sound etc but it was great!
