Ridiculous customer service didn't even have the decency to explain the answer to my question and lied and said he was in a meeting and put the phone down if you were in a meeting you wouldn't have even answered!!!!this agency should be shut down it's the worst agent in the whole borough disgusting service and shouldn't even be existing!

I wouldn't rate this agency not even one star. The staff is rude and the agency is not reliable at all. It is a scam. Better look for another agency if you don't want to lose your money, time and patience . the worst experience ever

All customers pls note, NEVER work or trust Mr Gill the director of the company especially with the RENT Guaranteed Agreement. He never pays the rent on time and may take so long and time wasting.
