tl;dr Would definitely recommend Giuliano to anyone who is in need of a kind, knowledgeable, and professional electrician.We had him over to fix some of our lights, which suddenly all went out in a short period of time.Fair to say, it's the best experience we have with an electrician so far.He came to visit on time, and of course well prepared - even well suited. One other thing that made an impression on me, was that he asked he should take his shoes off coming into the flat, it just shows how considerate and respectful he is to the property and to us.As the inspection begun, not only did Giuliano examine the the circuits thoroughly while keeping us informed, he was also super approachable and knowledgeable to all our questions. After identifying the issues, he clearly laid out the solution and its details. Before his departure, he also took some time to fix a few minor issues we had with some of our kitchen lights, which our previous electricians weren't able to fix.Giuliano visited us again few days later with all the components needed (even some redundancy just in case!) to replace the transformers, and the light bulbs. Again, he was not only very professional and efficient, but also extremely friendly. He even asked us the next week if we have any problem with the new installation over the weekend to ensure everything is in place.In short, we can't really recommend Giuliano enough. He offers great professional service with his kind and warm personality. To be honest I was a bit hesitant to share this review, as I'd imagine it'll be hard to get an appointment from him in the near future due to how awesome he really is.

Giuliano was absolutely wonderful and not only fixed my washing machine with ease he also fixed my broken dresser for me in between!

Giovanni was really efficient, helpful and friendly. He sorted out our TV problems and followed up a few days later to check it was all working. Highly recommended

Giuliano is a mixture of thoroughness. professional, honest, creative with an eye for detail. He is the only person I want to call for an electrical issue because I know he is safety concious, full of ideas, thoroughly assesses jobs for viability and necessity, fixed and been able to work around older wiring/infrastructure and gets the job done even when things are more complicated than they seem. I am very please with tech support the Chris has been giving to me. He is VERY PATIENT which is not easy to find these days. I recommend him highly. The tech support has been very helpful and he is always willing to answer my questions. I like it that they are prompt compared to other tech services which are very hard to reach.

Guiliano helped few times fixing electrical problems as well as replacing a fan in a bathroom and fixing our sound system. He is always responsive, on time and does a very good job. I highly recommend him.
