Georgia has provided training for my team of managers with dealing with Disciplinary’s effectively from the investigation stage to the final outcome. She provides clear effective training and is always on hand either by email or by phone. Georgia has supported my company with effective performance management training, alongside managing staff absence. All training has been face to face with a follow up again either in person or by phone. She provided us with us lots of skills to be able to reward, and recognise staff for hard work commitment and long service awards.
