Very poor service and terrible management

This company are a disgrace to the care sector. 2 days ago they called my mam and announced they were stopping her care package that day, they did not even inform social care direct about this. My mam received months of awful care, the so called carers were regularly late, quite often upto an hour late. Every time I called regarding this matter, I was fobbed off with excuses. I would not touch this company with a barge pole.

I'd have given a zero star if i possibly could. This organisation turned up hours late for medication visits and in some cases didn't arrive at all. When we switched care providers because of the horrendous provision, suddenly they started sending people even though the contract had been given to someone else. They only stopped when i threatened to send the police for trespassing. I would not recommend them.
