Greenhouse People Bristol

I Bought a shed and paid over 2000 pounds for it and the roofing felt was put on with staples, and within 3 months the felt came off and I phoned the garden centre up and they said it was nothing to do with them and I had to phone the installers, and when I phoned the installers they said they are not in the area and it would be in a couple of weeks. They didn't even give me a day they will just call back when they are in the area. So I am very unhappy with the after sale service.

Just ordered a Robinsons greenhouse from The Greenhouse People at The Cadbury Garden Centre near Bristol and I have to say the service we received from Davy was exceptional! He was very helpful and Knowledgable and helped us come to a decision about what we wanted without the pushy sales techniques used at some places.Thank you Davy and I cant wait for my greenhouse to arrive!!!

I made two visits to The Greenhouse People at Cadbury Garden Centre, the first time on my own and the second time with my husband. Nothing was too much trouble for Edward Coles, and he was happy to go over everything the second time for my husband's benefit. We have now purchased a beautifully well-made Robinsons lean-to greenhouse, and although it isn't cheap, it should outlast us! We have also put down a deposit on a lovely summerhouse and attached shed for our holiday home, and although we are not 100% sure it will fit until we go down again next week, we felt quite confident that if we need something a little different, Edward will have a solution, and if all else fails, the deposit is completely refundable. Edward is a credit to his company, hitting just the right balance of being personable and knowledgeable without being pushy. He takes a real pride in the site (excellent chillies and tomatoes in your greenhouse, by the way; we can't wait to grow our own next season) and if the rest of the process goes as well as the initial sales, we will be very happy customers.

Thought I was going to have to pay a lot of money for a greenhouse but they have a range of less expensive alternatives which suited my budget. All discussed and sorted very quickly. The delivery came within the 4-6 weeks over the Christmas period and just as important, with all the parts. They were able to recommend a local person to build the greenhouse who did a great job at a reasonable price. Recommend you pay them a visit if looking to buy your first greenhouse.

Visited last week to take a look at greenhouses, as they have a good selection. While we came away with what we needed, I have to say that it was an unexpected pleasure thanks to Ed Coles, who was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he went all out to ensure we left with all the information we needed, and a favourable quote to boot! This was real customer service; making sure we were happy with the details rather than just pushing a sale. His approach was a breath of fresh air and we will certainly seek him out when we come to buy a new greenhouse. Thanks Ed!

Can’t fault them! From help choosing the right shed, through efficient checking and rechecking details, to help finding someone to lay the base, and finally arranging the trouble-free assembly on site.
