Went there to make a collection. Forklift chap and logistics guy were extremely helpful especially as there was some confusion over the collection and delivery of the pallets I was picking up !!!

I called their transport manager to report a road traffic incident involving a trailer with their livery. Even though it transpired to be a different firm hauling their trailer, they took the matter seriously and went the extra mile to try to resolve the problem. They were kind and supportive when they could easily have been otherwise. Bravo- a decent firm run by decent people with a decent culture.
