Welcome Furniture

Ordered three sets of drawers. Received two of them within the allotted time, but still waiting for the other set. Been waiting over three weeks getting excuse after excuse. Very unreliable. Won’t buy from them ever again.

Dear of dear. The quality of welcome furnitures product is embarrassing. We called their office to complain and made several promises they would resolve. We sent images to them via email that they ask for and then denied receiving them so we sent them again. Something has happened at welcome furniture as the quality used to be excellent and all we get now is poor quality and exceptionally poor build quality. It's flat place rubbish build quality pre build. No glue is used and their product simply fall apart. Doors keep falling wardrobes, plinths and side panels coming away.There's Prices sky high for a poor a quality product. As for their customer service - wow it is disgusting. Rude staff who don't deal with t customer complaints

Today, we received our bedroom furniture from Welcome Furniture. We chose the Pembroke range and had a bedside cabinet, a 5 drawer unit, plain wardrobe and a narrow 5 drawer unit. We received a target delivery time between 07.30 and 09.30. The delivery lorry actually turned up at 08.00. The delivery crew were fantastic. They had been on the road since 03.00 to deliver our furniture. The furniture was carefully handled and located exactly as I wanted in our newly refurbished bedroom. The crew were very nice and polite. The furniture was later unpackaged by myself and my wife, who is very, very pleased with it's quality. The only other thing we had to do was to attach the drawer and door handles. We would recommend Welcome Furniture to anyone looking for good quality furniture and good honest service.

Terrible quality, ordered through benson for beds, and didn't realise it was through this supplier until after I ordered. When the furniture arrived there where parts of my order missing, and when they left the delivery in my room of choice, they left all the packaging on.The 3 items that arrived were a completely different colour and design to what benson for beds advertises and sells online.The quality is non-existent. The problems are but not limited to flimsy/light weight structure, chip wood everywhere, poor cuts within the drawers, jagged edges, no quality finish, wardrobe door misaligned, bits of chipwood stuck in glue that you can see spilling over joints, very dirty in places under all packaging, wrapped within an inch of its life in film and clingfilm and under all of this packaging are scratches, dents, chips and poor alignment of the gloss finish.For the cost of this furniture its astonishing that such products can even pass quality control, and they think its acceptable to send to any customers. The product is not even fit for a skip.

I wanted some old bathroom furniture re covered and these are absolutely perfect. A good match to the current panels already installed. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a kitchen etc.

Bought Kensington wardrobe with two draws chest of drawers with five draws and a midi wardrobe with the range and delivered by welcome furniture.Absolutely fantastic service, two gents very pleasant and careful, took my set into room of choice, peeled all the cardboard and gloss protector away and screwed the handles for me and took away all the rubbish. Made a fuss of the dog!Very very happy with the quality of the furniture, especially the wardrobes as they have wheels on them, very expensive but worth the money and would highly recommend.

Items dumped in garden and delivery men claimed to have knocked loudly front and back door but back door inaccesible. Left outside in garden. No attempt to telephone. With persuasion came back to lift in as agreed. Items brought in but one of items damaged. Attempted to sneak off without taking packaging as agreed - had to ask. Low morale? Item to be replaced dumped in my living room since 10th august. No replacement date yet provided. I telephoned customer service to ask on 22nd - call handler very limited English and though pleasant frustrating could not understand English. Looking at ugly box when i ordered nice assembled furniture with a fuss free promise. Service promised not received. Dissppointed.****Update replacement due to be delivered 24/08.Further update 24/08*** jim and fred delivery men MUCH more capable, professional and aware of customer service than previous deliverymen were- by far. And they present a positive image of the company. Deserve acknowledgement.Cabinet not great - gaps in both doors and one chip on chipwood in slot where dvd player would go. I am sick of hassle so probably will cover it up with an ornament and put some beading inside cupboard to hide gaps. Should not have to do that but probably next one damaged worse and is time consuming sorting. Not impressed. Would not order again.

They txt you day before Delivery presuming you will be at home think they presume everyone don't work, tried to set a delivery date after calling them which you cannot do. its we will deliver on a date we want to and not what suits you, got another date and i am working and cannot get time off work so looks like it will be after xmas before i get the delivery which then will take it to around 6-7 weeks for a delivery come on Robert Dyas find a decent company to deliver your furniture.

Ordered a full bedroom set from a third party supplier in January. Quality of the products from Welcome is extremely poor. Only 2 items out of 4 are of an acceptable standard. We’ve just sent the 3rd replacement wardrobe back as this too was of poor quality. We will now be returning all items back to the third party supplier for a full refund. There were chips on both of the side parts of the wardrobe, peeling parts at the bottom where the finish wasn’t glued properly, dirty marks on various panels and this was the best of the 4 they sent. Back to IKEA I think for replacements!

Ordered two items, desk and beside table for my daughters bedroom. Delivery service was first class and delivered by friendly staff/driver. Could easily track my delivery so did not have to wait in all day. Product is sturdy, looks and feels great quality and comes ready assembled. Would highly recommend.
