BSF fitted a new tiled roof on our conservatory with new Bifold doors, windows, Velux windows and gutters. They worked relentlessly through terrible weather. Communication was brilliant, workmanship was top notch and I couldn't be more delighted with the finished rooms. During the build they ensured we were left secure and weatherproof each evening. The sub-contractors they used for the electrics and plastering were good. Would highly recommend Brad and his team and will definitely use them for future work.

Really pleased with my new door fitted by Rob and Teddy. Great work. Unfortunately, communication with the company before fitting was poor and I had to chase for information on numerous occasions. There was no acknowledgement after I transferred my deposit (I was asked for 50% of the quote) and after two weeks had to call to see if it had been received. Eleven weeks later I finally have a well fitted, lovely new door.

Lovely company with everything you want from a service provider.Staff on point from start to finish who are extremely personable and attend to your every need.Windows fitted to an extremely high standard and have made the rooms look 100% better.A million thank yous to Bradley and his team at BSF.Will definitely be using you again and would highly recommend to anyone requiring new windows.

I ordered a single upvc door for my garage. The work involved opening a doorway and installing the new door. I cannot be happier with the outcome. Mike helped every step of the way - from selecting the correct door type to delivery and installation. Brad helped a lot with deciding where to put the door. Installers came on time, cleaned after themselves, even repaired one of the broken bricks. Overal absolutely superb experience! 5*

BSF fitted new windows and doors, no complaints with workmanship, however a word of warning there was a broken vent on 1 window and a pressure issue on the double doors, 2 phone calls 1 fax , eventually a visit from one of the principals who assured me he would be back to rectify the issues. Ifailed to double check all aspects of the work and product before paying in full. Like most people we try to support our local tradesman, we just started a new project in Copthorne ,the windows and door contract totals in excess of £17,000: .did not ask them to qoute for the job,which has gone to a company in croyden
