Kwik Fit Plus
Overall service from staff was great. I had to bring my vehicle back in for work after it failed my MOT which was fine, all staff members were friendly and professional. I did have to call them to find out if my vehicle was ready to collect even though they told me they would let me know as soon as the work was done which was annoying but not a huge issue.

Kwik fit made a shambles out of my booking.I did not receive email confirmation but fortunately had taken a screenshot of the booking displaying the booking date time and place and reference number.Lucky i did because when i arrived at the fitting station there was no reference of my booking.The lady in charge made a few calls to head office and it transpires my booking had been made to the Heanor branch, 175 miles away.I was grateful she was able to shuffle a few things around to complete my booking.Kwikfit as a whole 3/5The Dereham branch and the store manager 5/5

ALWAYs excellent service. Friendly, fast and thorough. Just time for a nice cup of coffee (provided) and a sit down in the comfortable reception area. Also liked the openness of the place - large windows give you visual access to your car; for those who are interested. Plus the people who work there care and know their stuff!

They were very busy, because of the weather they had been dealing with lots of punctures. However they were courteous and managed to sort out both our pictures on the same day which we are really grateful for.

The service was very good. The staff were helpful and welcoming.I feel I paid through the nose for the tyre but given it was an emergency, I didn’t feel I had much choose other than to pay the cost quoted. This does not reflect on the service I received though.

Came in on the off chance when I got a puncture. The staff could not do enough to help me. They conferred amongst themselves to ensure that the best solution was found. They were all polite, professional and courteous, at all times. A great service.

I was super impressed from the moment I made a phone call requesting a new battery. Even though it was 4pm on a Saturday afternoon they said they could help us. From arrival to departure took less than 30 minutes. All the people were polite and professional, especially Craig (?), the manager, who was able to deal with several customers simultaneously.

Fantastic customer service, and best price I could find anywhere.I took my new-to-me car in to have the two front tyres replaced after an MOT advisory - on inspection, the mechanic told me the tyres were in good condition and had plenty of tread left. So they refunded me the money I'd paid up front for my tyres and sent me on my way. Top service from really friendly staff.
