Sunglass Hut

Dear Sir/Madame.I’m throughly Happy with my purchase of sun glasses today. As I walked into your store I was just browsing at first (but been after a decent pair of sunglasses for a while now) upon having a look around I was asked by one of the stores 2 female workers if I needed any help, her name was Ravneet, she was such a big help even though I knew what ones I wanted,/looking for. She was attentive, listened to what I was after (turtle shell style frames) & she couldn’t do enough for me, got other, makes/models out that were turtle shelled, I picked the Oakleys as those are the ones I had for well over 10yrs & sat on them this summer & broke them to such a point they was truly unrepairable,, Ravneet also gave me a 20% discount to come off original bill. I was then cheeky enough to say make it £120 & you’ve got a deal. She did take a few seconds (must of been doing the maths loll) But as I stated before she was great & nothing was to much trouble for her, credit to your company! I hope she’s being looked after as she’s a great sales assistant !! Kind regards Peter John

I just wanted to browse through some sunglasses today, but the security guard was acting like he was a hard man. Blocking the door and constantly staring at everyone and it made me and everybody uncomfortable. Please take this guy into thorough training- thanks.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought some glasses from another branch which turned out to be broken, took them back for exchange at the bullring store and was told I couldn't get an exchange or refund. Blonde shop 'assistant' extremely rude and ignorant - and laughed when I told her I wanted to change the glasses. Will never shop at sunglass hut again. Disgusting customer service.

Make sure you check the price of sunglasses you want to buy. At the till , the shop assistant wanted to charge me double. If I was not aware, I would be scammed out of £120 extra . I am sure this is the scam they try to pull to charge extra to people who are chatting and may not be aware of prices.And it was just , sorry... she said: This is why I ask people to press enter before proceeding on card machine...
