Upload Abode are incredible! I'm a first-time seller in Scotland and it was only TWO WEEKS from our free valuation to actually accepting an offer! It was a well-organised whirlwind! They held my hand on WhatsApp every step of the way, always available for questions, helped with arranging the home report and solicitor too. Love their modern social media system and great photography. My mother has sold several houses over the years and was floored by the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of the Upload Abode team. Can’t thank them enough!

We've had an excellent experience with the team at upload abode. They were very professional and friendly at the same time. I love the what's app group that was made, so we could communicate easily. The team were so good we decided to use them to sell our second property. Definitely recommend.

I cannot praise Upload Abode highly enough. The whole team is totally professional and their level of communication is brilliant making good use of IT. The sales process was so easy. Vikki did the initial valuation and was spot on. Marketing was professional with Orla and Vikki making some great sales material. Charlene looked after the negotiations and I’m sure she got the best price. A great experience from start to finish. Way better than what I would call the traditional estate agents.

In that case, the takeaway is that the team at Upload Abobe dealt with the sale of our property better than I was expecting, with fair pricing, language you can understand and excellent communication and advice from start to finish.I was lucky that a builder friend of mine had recently sold a property via Upload Abode, and when I asked him who he used and if he would recommend them, he said yes. He rated them highly, so that was all I needed to know.The first thing I did was submit a valuation via their website. It turned out that this valuation was much lower than they got me in the end, but it was good enough to call them and get the ball rolling.I called the office and got transferred to Charlene, who explained the service and ran over a rough idea of what the costs would be. I explained why I was selling the property, and she advised me on something I could investigate that would have helped the tenant buy the property. In my head, I was like, wow, this is someone I can trust as she is willing to give advice that could result in me not needing to use their services, to give my tenant a chance to own the property; my impression of Estate Agents was always, “beware of sharks” LOL. My tenant was not in the position to go ahead, but this act made me think there was no point in shopping around, as I could trust these people.Paul came out to look at the property and gave what turned out to be excellent advice on what we should do before getting the home report and putting the property up for sale. We just did what he said; it was extra money to be spent, but I 100% believe this is one of the reasons why we got 15.5% more money than the value price.Communication was primarily through a private WhatsApp Channel that kept my wife and me up to date with what was happening. We arranged for them to deal with all the viewings, and Fiona let us know as and when they got people booked in for viewings. The whole team answered questions as we had them, so it all felt very much like we always had direct and speedy communication.How did the sale process go? The house went on their site, and a few days later, it went on Right Move etc. 6 days later, we had the viewings that Louise did for us, and we got a formal offer the following morning. It was for way more than we expected, and we couldn’t be happier with the team at Upload Abode and how they handled the whole thing.I would 100% use Upload Abobe for any future property sales, would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation, and I am so glad my friend told me about them.

An amazing service from beginning to end. Vikki was super helpful and friendly. The advice I was provided with was clear and reassuring. It was the first time I had ever sold a house and I expected it to be really stressful. I could not have chosen a better estate agent. The calibre of the marketing was outstanding. I was kept informed of the marketing strategy, when my coming soon video would be shared and when the listing would go live. I was given a clear timetable for viewings and guidance on what to do during viewings. I definitely didn't feel like I was doing it alone. When I started receiving offers Paul listened to my ramblings advising on upcoming viewings to allow me to make an informed decision.
