Never usually bother getting footwear repaired but liked these boots so I thought I’d get the heels renewed. I was shocked at the cost £9.50 for 2 small bits of rubber stuck on. I wasn’t impressed when less than a month later one rubber heel fell off and a week later the other fell off. I paid £5 for super glue to do a proper job myself as you could see that basic adhesive like evostick had been used originally. Wouldn’t recommend,shoddy workmanship!

I don’t usually write reviews and In fairness I didn’t even give the chap a chance to sort out the issue but in my opinion with good reason. The price was confusing when quoted for what I needed. I’m worked out about £20, but the actual cost was £40+. Also my bad for not checking properly but the spelling on the engraving was terribly wrong. I was so occupied with the price plus the main plaque on the front of trophy was not lined up properly to be then told it can easily be adjusted as only on with double sided tape. Basically I could have gone on line, ordered the plaques engraved correctly and put them on my self and saved loads of money. Not much more I can say.

Rubbish service & waste of money. I used his service to cut car key. But key does not work. When I asked him, he blamed my car. Don't use this ever.

Disappointing, frustrating and didn't even receive the correct amount when we eventually got a refund. Went to get a set of house keys copied last week Saturday and when we got home both keys didn't fit. Took them back on the Monday to get recut and only one key fitted. Then went back again Wednesday to get the one key recut and it still didn't fit!Went back on the Friday only to find the shop was closed early with no indication or warning before hand. Ended up going back today and asked for a refund but only got the 1 key refunded and short changed. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this place hence the 1 star.
