extremely poor service and long waiting times. Was waiting an hour and a half for delivery. No options to cancel on Uber eats and no contact details provided on Google.Giving an estimated waiting time of 30 mins - the children fell asleep whilst waiting. A complete disappointment

Ordered 2 cookie dough trays and a strawberry's and cream milkshake. Cookie dough trays are basically rationed for £8.49 it is bizarre how you can create such a small desert. The milkshake was basically just milk melted cream and strawberry sauce. It took an hour and 45 mins to come even though I live round the corner. The delivery issue is with Uber but the fact you charge so much for such low quality food is beyond me.

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for an order, 4 drivers went and cancelled, cancelled at 8 30 when I ordered at 7. Service takes forever would not recommend.

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive via Uber!! 2 hours! Kids had lost their appetite by the time it arrived. The dessert (Cookie Dough) tasted OK, however was cold so needed to be reheated. We also FOUND A HAIR in one of the cooker doughs. Won't be using again unfortunately. Can't even complain via Uber, all they do is issue a refund which I didn't really want to do, I wanted the issues to be addressed.
