Oxford Bakery is located in the center of Sturminster Newton. My wife and I had breakfast here while visiting from America. The staff was very friendly! We had a jam doughnut, a cinnamon roll, and a mocha latte. Everything was delicious (especially the doughnut)! We would certainly return.

Great cafe in the small town of Sturminster Newton. We visited on a Sunday when not many other places were open and it was very busy (good sign!).We had a toasted sandwich, coffee and a cake. All very nice and reasonably priced for the quality.The cafe has a decent amount of seating, with an additional room/table near the toilet.Dog friendly and there was a high chair available if needed.

Centrally located and with an artisan reputation. The best aspect was the very pleasing ambience, otherwise, for me, an expensive loaf and steak Cornish pasty experience with the latter possibly one of the worst I've ever endured. An artisan pasty?

Rarely find a place that not only makes delicious homemade food (the quiches, in particular), but does so without a hint of pretence. Interior is timeless and totally authentic; wonderful.

Ordered two filled bread rolls and Flat White to take away.Coffee perfect!Tuna roll and chicken, pesto salad roll - both giant size on extremy tasty bread - super delicious!

What a dirty place, how they got 5 * I don’t know!!Table and chairs were dirty, the girls walked past tables that needed to be cleared and just left them, one girl was rubbing her nose with her bare hands and then serving food without washing her hands, she handled the dog water bowl and didn’t wash her hands after, the guy took his glasses off and rubbed his eyes, and didn’t wash his hands either - I also think when they’re slicing bread they should use a glove to handle it rather than use bare hands - coffee and cake was nice though

Very good takeaway sausages rolls including 1x vegan. Looks like a really nice coffee shop but alas no space for us today sp we couldn't sit-in and order a drink and pastry. Would be amazing if you could squeeze some more tables in!
