My experience with Liberty was simply exceptional.We were placed on notice from our site nearing the end of our licence with just weeks to go, nowhere near enough to do anything other than sell back to the site.... or so I thought.I contacted Liberty through a gumtree ad selling a similar van to ours explaining our position and was contacted by Ruth Whitely that afternoon and from then on things looked better. She explained everything and thought she knew of a suitable site to buy it and the following morning came back with an offer £1000 more than the site offer.Regular contact from her and from Katrina who organised the collection just kept the service at the high level it started.We now have the money in the bank so are so pleased such a traumatic issue ended with such a good outcome, I cannot recommend them highly enough.Mike.

Disastrous purchase from dishonest company. I bought a secondhand static caravan from Liberty Leisure Group. We did not go to see it but had a video tour of the caravan. When we received the caravan it had numerous problems. The company gave me a goodwill gesture of £1000 to put things right. We have only just started using the caravan and had the boiler serviced to check it was safe. The boiler does not work and the boiler repair man told me that every radiator needs replacing as they are all shot due to improper use. It will cost in excess of £2000 to put this right. He also told me that the company selling this would have known this. I was told they check boilers before selling on their caravans. This was not true in my case! We have encountered problem after problem and have had to spend far in excess of their goodwill gesture. I understand that the caravan is 2005 but we paid a high price for this model. Every time I go in to the caravan, there is another problem. What is more upsetting to me is that we bought this caravan for my 97 year old father and the company knew this. It is a shame you cannot trust or have faith in salespeople!

Wow! What a fantastic experience I had today. Harry Allerston at the York site expertly guided myself and my husband through the process of choosing and buying the perfect lodge. He has a vast knowledge of their stock and could answer all my questions without turning a hair or loosing patience with this very demanding customer. A very enjoyable afternoon with no pressure and a perfect amount of time given to looking at the chalets. I highly recommend Liberty Leisure who can help make your dreams come true.

Hi, Well what a journey we had, we needed to move mum in with us and a static caravan was going to be the answer, we tried a few companies and then came across Liberty, Wow, what a refreshing change, it all started with Ruth and all our questions were answered she could not have been more help full, we was then passed on to Lewis how unfortunate that was, for him, lol, we had ground work in winter to deal with, 22 cubic metres of concrete, the bad weather, a lot of mud, with all this going on Lewis and Liberty were great, they held the van for us till the ground work was complete then they arranged transport and a 160 ton crane as we had to lift the van over the house, the day of the move went perfect with a great team of lads led by Jim.All the time Lewis kept in contact with us, we got a great van at a great price, and now mum is sitting pretty in her new not so little home,To say thank you to all the teams is not enough, they were brilliant, it all could not have been done with out them, mum is happy and that is what matters,Anybody looking for a Static Caravan should definitely go to Liberty, great to deal, A big thank you From David Sheila & Mum,

When we were looking to buy a park home we found Liberty Leisure and were impressed with their quick response to our initial enquiries. Harry and Roger were extremely professional in answering our questions and offering us the guidance we needed. When visiting the showground, Roger gave a significant amount of his time to allow us to look at the range of park homes they had in stock. We were given the time and space to look at the different options without feeling pressured to make quick decisions. Throughout the process both Harry and Roger’s communication was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Liberty Leisure.

This has been the most incredible experience for us.Liberty Leisure have been fantastic. Roger in particular, has been our contact and has been so brilliant, he has been a font of knowledge and his advice and assistance has been so valuable, especially as we are very new to this.Impeccable service from all throughout, we have not had any where near such service from any other dealers we approached. We rang liberty leisure and spoke to Roger Llewellyn, explaining that we were looking for a residential mobile home for my elderly mother.He knew where there was one hopefully becoming available, which he kindly sent us photos off, so we knew when it came onto the open market we would be interested in purchasing it. When it become available to save us a long journey to view it Roger did as a very detailed virtual video of the inside and outside of the mobile home. Once payment had cleared, delivery was arranged. On arrival, we noticed some damage which the transport company admitted to doing.We contacted Roger and explained, although we were very impressed with Mobile , theres been some damage in transit, to which Roger apologised and asked us to source replacements for the damaged items and inform him how much it would cost to do the repairs. We got a quote for the damage and forwarded it onto liberty leisure which they dealt with straight away, the money was in our account within days.Our experience with liberty leisure would lead us to recommend them to anyone with confidence.

If you buy from LLG be prepared to be disappointed.We bought a pre loved lodge from LLG July/ Aug 2022, Firstly we where refused a viewing and could only have photos and video to decide on a purchase (we should have walked away at this time), due to the current owners would not allow any prospective purchasers on there land, so we where told (it was probably not true), we where told by the sales guy who was very persuasive to trust him that the lodge was immaculate. Our lodge was delivered and supposed to be sited the next day but got left in a field for 3 weeks where it got water ingress, I was repeatedly lied to from LLG for a siting date, When It was finally sited 3 weeks late we have had nothing but problems with our purchase. When we got to our newly sited Lodge for the first time there was water damage to the kitchen, parts missing, damage to external parts, broken glass, gas boiler didn't work, the lodge was sited un-level and it was extremly dirty, The siting company ML Siting made such a mess of the access and field and left all there personal rubbish on our land with no respect nor apology and such a poor and incomplete job of siting and had a couldn't care less attitude.LLB where unresponsive to our complaints .
