Altar Stones Lane Cattery
Unfriendly. Told only a 2 cat pen was available. When we came to pick up the cat she was clearly in a single pen. We were lied to and had to pay for the double pen. Aggression on payment as I counted wrong but rectified it immediately. Our lovely cat had clearly lost weight and seemed distressed for several days.

We have used this cattery for over 17 years and can't recommend them highly enough. Martin and Halina are welcoming friendly and professional, pens are roomy, clean,safe and well equipped, not to mention lovely surroundings.My cats always return happy and healthy having enjoyed their holidays, thankyou both and staff.

We are so fortunate to have found Alterstones Cattery, Halina and Martin Have been looking after our five cats for the past 12 years. They have the highest standards and look after our cats as if they were their own. When we go on holiday we never worry about the cats in the slightest, because they are with people we trust implicitly with their wellbeing.

Great place for anyone looking for a short or long term stay for their cats. Owners are absolutely lovely and keep the place absolutely spotless! I know our two will be extremely well looked after while we're away.Highly recommended.

Altar Stones Lane Cattery
We recently had a fire at our house, and the service from Halina and Martin @ Altarstones Cattery was superb. After the firefighters rescued our cat, Martin personally came down and collected her, and took her straight in no quibble at peak summer time. While our house was redecorated and rebuilt, she stayed there for over 3 months. Whenever we wanted to see her, it was no problem and Halina and Martin were very welcoming. Would fully recommend Altarstones Cattery to anyone looking to board their cat.

First stay for our two young Ragdoll boys. Warm welcome and beautifully cared for premises and pens. Booked a large pen as they are very lively lads and there was plenty of room for them to explore and mess about. Would definitely have no hesitation in recommending the lovely owners and accommodation, it is spotless. Great care was taken on details and vaccinations information checked.Booked them in again for a stay already and it is great to go away knowing that they are both in good hands.Thank you Halina

My Siamese stayed a week and loved it there, everyone is really friendly and he was really looked after , we'll definitely book again
