just completed a very stressful transaction to buy my first home last month. What added to the stress was the time scale of completion date which was due in 2 working days.My pervious solicitor let me down 3 days before completion date. I thought that i will definitely lose my 10% deposit.Then my brother took me to Author and co.During this transaction showed me the importance and the value of having a Great solicitor. Had a really bad experience, Barry Sharma was rude and didn't even finish the work despite having all the details and full payment upfront. During a stressful time the last thing you need is a solicitor who makes the situation worse

They were very helpful and understanding and spent their time advising me. I would recommend our local pinner lawyers. I was panicking as it was my first experience with any legal documents but Mr Sharma was very patient with me and my work was done with minimal cost, I am very pleased with their services.

Good at taking your money upfront, not much else. Slow, non communicative, even rude at times. Didn't even complete what we paid them to do. Had to get another solicitor to take over. Avoid at all costs.
