Meant to write this a while back.Ordered tyres to be fitted via black circles. They didn’t arrive and the garage didn’t bother to call me. When I asked them why they didn’t call me despite having my booking and phone number the chap on reception had no clue.Not interested in resolving the issue.Poor attitude. Rude to customers. Took no responsibility to resolve the issue.

Really helpful and friendly staff absolutely couldn't fault them, but wake up ats, only 2 staff in centre on a Saturday these guys are run off they're feet!!

Top blokes. I booked my car in to have some tyres replaced and to get the tracking sorted, but experienced further issues on the way home so I called them back and they said to come straight back. They managed to quickly resolve the problem there and then and at no extra charge.Great customer service from nice friendly guys.

Just had my Navara in for an A\C re-gas. I didn't realise that they did such a good job. They don't just pump more gas in, they do a full A\C health check, checking for leaks and the general health of the system. The guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable, and educated me about the workings of the system. Before I went in my A\C came temperature was always warm, after he had done his magic, he got it down to 8.5 Deg, that's cool enough for me!

Disgusting ,,,, Scrap my last review ,,, not until going above 60 did i realise the wheel wobble .. Took it to my usual place and had the balancing done ,, ATS Attleborough had balanced them badly using odds and sods mix of weights ,, I still need to pay again to have the rears checked .. If you want a real professional job ,, Harleston is the place to go .. Harleston described the workmanship '' a mess ''I gave the men 10 pounds too as a tip thinking they had made more effort cleaning the rims ,, Feel like going and getting my 10 pounds back ,,,
