Dean has recently provided a new boiler at our property. He communicates well and arrived on time. The work has been carried out to a very high standard and his interaction with our tenant was friendly and proffesional at all times. He left the property clean and tidy. All certificates and paperwork have been completed to a high standard and supplied in a timely manner.Dean also went out his way to plumb in a new cooker that was required for our tenant at short notice, which was greatly appreciated. I will certainly use Dean for any plumbing / heating work in the future.

Had our entire heating system replaced from an old coal fire system, Dean and team where incredibly polite and helpful, Fit us in just before Christmas so we wouldn't be left in the cold. Really appreciate the professionalism, we had a big job to do and it was done in the least invasive way and in a shorter amount of time than expected also very respectable of our pets while we were not home.

Well what can say! Dean took a very professional approach to the work he was undertaking (fitting new boiler) the area was clean and tidy and even the walkway to the job was sheeted to keep area clean. The finish job on the interior and exterior was very high standard and he explained everything as he went through the installation. What can I say about Dean Willet, he has been fantastic he fitted my boiler five years ago and contacts me when my service is due, and I am most grateful for that.Dean, clearly cares about his customers and I find him to be friendly and honest and reliable, he arrives fully prepared with his tools and dust sheets and leaves everything clean and tidy and I feel reassured that my boiler is safe for another year.I have recommended Dean to my friends and colleagues and would not recommend anyone else to supply, fit or service my boiler.

Dean recently fitted a new boiler for us as well as solving a few hot water/central heating issues and the job was seamless. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable, job completed ahead of schedule, and to a very high standard with minimal disputation to us. Dean walked us through it all to make sure we were happy (which we are) before finishing the job. Everything was left clean and tidy to the point that you wouldn’t know any work had been done!
